EDEN SIUM has amazing customer service she was very informative and super helpful and helped my grandmother who is not tech savvy at all get her services taken care of My grandmother says her voice is so calm and soothing and she is just amazing all around when helping her take care of everything that needs to be done.
Phonoscope is a great company that we've used for the last 7 years. If you have an issue they are quick to offer assistance and seem to be genuinely happy to do so. In 7 years of service I've never had anything less than an A+ experience.
Eden was so helpful and was able to get my internet installed in a timely manner. Instead of talking to the fustrated lady in sales I pushed one and got Eden who went out of her way above and beyond. 5 stars goes to Eden
Working with Phonoscope has been great. Curtis the technician is always great with any issue we might have with cable. Especially when he had to set up a lot of cable boxes for 2 floors for my company. Anytime we have a problem they will either send a technician that day or the next. Great company.
I recently switched to phonoscope for WIFI a few months ago (from At&T) since those are the only avaible wifi providers available in my apartment complex, and phonoscope is significantly cheaper and I haven't noticed any difference in speeds between the two. The customer service with phonoscope has been wonderful experience every time I have needed help. It's always been easy for me to get a hold of a live person. I spoke Victor Ortega, who was incredibly patient and helpful when I needed help troubleshooting when I was having issues.
Very good and fast internet. Excellent customer service from David from the technical team. He is incredibly helpful and fast. Also Eden from the office is wonderful. I would recommend this internet provider.

Recently had a nice customer service experience with Phonoscope employee Eden leading the way. There was a cut line due to some landscaping done by a neighbor. Even though only my service (apparently) was affected, Eden and Phonoscope got me back going again within 24 hours. The internet service has been very reliable in the 7 years I’ve been with them despite significant construction in and around the neighborhood.
I've had zero problems with my service. The customer support team is always helpful and quick anytime I have called in.

Excellent service, excellent price! We use Phonoscope in the office for internet and phone connections. The internet speeds are blazing fast, and the phones work consistently. I am very happy with their customer service. I call, and a human answers immediately! No waiting on hold talking to a machine for one hour. Highly recommended!
